What You Can Do

- Use the platform to research companies before applying
What You Can't Do
- Submit fake or misleading reviews
- Review companies you haven't actually applied to
- Include personal information about specific employees
- Use offensive language or personal attacks
- Spam the platform with multiple accounts
- Attempt to manipulate company ratings
Content Guidelines
- Keep reviews focused on the hiring process, not workplace culture
- Be honest about timelines and communication
- Don't include confidential information from interviews
- Stick to facts about your experience
- No doxxing or sharing personal contact information
Content Removal
- We may remove reviews that violate these terms
- You can delete your own reviews at any time
- We don't remove reviews just because companies ask us to
- Repeated violations may result in account restrictions
Our Rights & Responsibilities

We will: Protect your privacy, keep the platform running, and fight for transparency in hiring.
We won't: Remove reviews just because companies complain, sell your data, or censor honest experiences.
